What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing, i have never had better ir more productive co wokers, everyone is working each day to do the most they can, and the environment is so collaborative. So fr its the best place i have worked.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are not over worked. Every job i have left was due to not enough coverage or having to work more than they stated when they hired you. Skin Laundry actually talks about the work life balance in a vocal way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance is good, but there should be other things that the company should provide. Fitness is the most important thing for our health, and we already dont have enough time for it, but on top of that it can cost so much, especially depending on your location, LA for example.
