I feel like I finally work with a company who actually cares about their employees.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall, i'm very pleased with my experience at Skin Laundry. I have concerns that I don't think are quick fixes. The work life balance is not there. There needs to be more staff because it makes it extremely difficult to take any time away from work. Which is causing me to experience burn out.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing someone achieve their results and feeling good about themselves!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're so open to recieving constructive feedback. It makes me feel like my opinion matters.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has worked so hard to create such a good culture! I am happy to have such a collaborative team structure
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I truly feel like my team has each other's back! Thats so impressive and a nice change from what I'm used to.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that the salary is huge part. Some of us live in places that are very expensive. I know that i'm having a hard time tryiny to surive on the current salary. I think the location should play a role on how compensation is decided.
