getting to build relationships with people i work with and with clients i encounter. i enjoy witnessing and participating in people's skin and overall life journey
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
people are encouraged to speak up and will at least be listened to. there is good energy amongst people working here, across corporate and clinic locations for the most part.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
yearly raises for REGISTERED NURSES, making the nurse's personal profit reliant on commission and personal performance is quite toxic and only encourages sales mentalities. lower utilization nurses, slower clinics days and PTO/sick days are hard to offset, no balance with high commisions days
