Overall mostly positive experience but there are logistical things that I feel could be better (adequate hourly pay for pto, trainings, sick days or 20min apointments rather than 15mins)

The flexibility and willingness to want to be the best place to work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued when my trainings, time off, and sick days are paid at half my usual rate. This gives me anxiety about taking time that I need for myself because if I do I wont be able to pay my bills adequately. I would love our trainins, pto, and sick days to be paid at our $55 hourly.
