What is the best part about your compensation package?Need to significantly increase salaries if they want to remain relevant to the ongoing boom now happening in Silicon Valley.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Lay off management. Can't have manager laying around for 30 and 40 years, that's crazy!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?No proper vision, can't deliver. Leadership must be changing more often. This is a government-funded research center and not a private company owned by some closed mafia circle.
