LISTENING AND ABLE TO MANAGE PROPERLY . Very disapointed how darren and his team are running the distric i've never seen it go down like this .
Management corporate and HR need to be changed drasticly too much drama not enough work or time to hear there workers and the situations that accure. More failure coming our way . Leaving the situations as is .
Communication and able to comprehend so much of it lacks in the store and management specially the simple situation can't be solve . Again disapoinment all aroud same with HR allowing toxic workers back in the company after many complains
