We discuss concerns of employees or hazards in the work place. To work in safe for all to work on

The manager at the time asked when could I start and respect that shifts I asked for and if I asked for days off that I needed them being a single parent
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I helped a customer find what they are looking for in the store and asking them how their day was. Getting to know them other than as a customer buying from us we know them on personal levels and there family too
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I got to keep my same health provider I had a previous job for way less cheaper then the old job. Plus I don't even think about my invest here like a previous job. I got raised faster here then a previous job of 11 years
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all treat each other like family greet each other before and after shifts. Even if we stop on on our days off to shop. We care for each other like family when an employee looses a loved one or goes through tough times we support them in their time of need.
