Out of touch Leadership. A system built on following the lead of other companies rather than innovation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a family type atmosphere as if 'we're all in this together'. At the store level only. Executive leadership is very out of touch and thus an 'us vs them' workplace has developed.
