they were willing to wait like 2 months until my availability opened up

many store policies feel arbitrary and the division of labor is very poorly organized.
What makes you most happy at work?
when I get to actually do work in the department I run, which happens surprisingly infrequently

a lot of my coworkers are college students (as am I) so we have plenty to talk about
