Goals are obtainable, most associates are friendly, and affable, and growth is encouraged.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is straight forward in their expectations. Standards and goals are accomplishable within reason. Their is no tension between upper management and associates. Advancement is encouraged.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fair treatment that I have received from my company. The constant training that I receive. I get acknowledged for my good work, and am giving several opportunities to make up for mistakes.
