My co workers. Night crew rocks!
What did you like most about the interview process?
There wasnt really an interview.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is nothing positive about a toxic store manager. Culture starts from the top.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Overall better communicationa and follow through with store managment. Store managers regularly break company policy and hide HR situations. I believe the people at the top know how to run business but the majority of the store managers are unehical, uneducated and could use a college HR course.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel store managment has too much influence over pay rates. Store managers should not be allowed to choose a pay rate. It should all be based on experience and years of service. Some of us have been with the company for x amount of years not being properly compensated in comparison to newer emp
