My overall experience at my company is that your are either overworked, unappreciated, disrespected, humiliated or liked by management.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Air conditioned facility and a few good coworkers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was given a job offer.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management and supervisors degrade and humiliate their subordinates which is disrespectful.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I have a few coworkers that I get along with, however I have some that are arrogant and narcissistic.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to get better at communicating effectively and throughly with their employees. Also, leadership should not belittle and humiliate their subordinates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I am overworked to much with dreadful hours with little to no respect from management and supervisors. I also have a fluctuating schedule meaning, I will have many days and hours to work to little to no days the next week.
