There needs to be a level of adequate information relayed to employee, from my experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees who band together to keep up flow of fast pace while maintaining adequate customer service
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Manager and assistant manager need to be investigated by corporate without being notified so there can be a level of adequate evaluation for the benefit of the company and employees who have chose to leave due to the lack of professional experience and friendly environment given to employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Manager and assistant manager make it very difficult for employees to receive proper help with any work related issues. Very passive aggressive towards employees in front of customers. Other employees that do not have higher positions or have been promoted seem to be reason for the few that remain.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The employees that work to make customers as well as other employees comfortable with the overall issues that arise due to lack of employees during the shift. Many leave for reasons due to manager and assistant manager failure to communicate properly with employees regarding issues that arise.
