There is nothing positive about the culture. The loss of morale over the last 2 years is stunning.
That it takes under consideration the people as well. The job is also taken very seriously and the needs of the customers as well.
People are very supportive of each other and driving towards common goals. There is a great culture around innovation and a thirst for getting better each day.
There are a small handfull of good, honest employees, but they are rapidly leaving or being pushed out.
My team is great! They all are always ready to help each other, they are proactive and really good engineers and people.
I really enjoy working with my nuclear team and leadership. I enjoy interacting with customers and exploring the ways in which the Smartsheet product can push the limit
