What do you like best about the leadership team?They really care about their employees and understand that we have personal and family lives that are just as important as our jobs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I feel like a valued member of the team and company as a whole especially since I was invited to the Elevate Summit. This is the first time I have felt this way and it makes a huge difference.
What are some of the best things about your team?Very cohesive unit, feels like a small family. We've all been well-trained on communication and conflict resolution which I think has had a huge impact on the quality of the teams here.
