    They really care about their employees and understand that we have personal and family lives that are just as important as our jobs.
  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
    I feel like a valued member of the team and company as a whole especially since I was invited to the Elevate Summit. This is the first time I have felt this way and it makes a huge difference.

    Very cohesive unit, feels like a small family. We've all been well-trained on communication and conflict resolution which I think has had a huge impact on the quality of the teams here.
