What needs to change to make the company culture better?

equal pay and benefits. holding management accountable.

What are some of the best things about your team?

my coworkers are great. our managers are not.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

getting paid a livable wage would be great. a christmas bonus, or any bonus would also be nice. as well as having a 401k match and access to stock shares like other employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

taking accountability. having integrity. not talking in circles. giving ALL employees livable wages. Managers don't do anything and don't know how the people below them do their jobs yet get paid 4x as much.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

pay us living wages. we make less than people did in the "great depression" and yet we have to literally FIGHT to get the promotions and raises we deserve. not to mention we don't get cost of living raises either.
