SmithRx – definitely not the worst job in the world. missing a few key benefits that I'd like though, and also they keep pushing for higher and higher expectations and treat work from home as a 'privilege' that has to be earned every month which i don't agree with. Definitely room for improvement. | Comparably

What do you like best about the leadership team?

good personalities, business professional, open to hearing feedback when provided.

What are some of the best things about your team?

great people to work with, and I've made friends here that I hang out with outside of work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

the people here are great for sure. the policies and practices aren't always the best but the people are awesome.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

my benefits are the main issue. SmithRx refuses to cover weight loss medications and the end result is I'm stuck with a $400 monthly bill for compounded GLP-1 medications for weight loss. That, and they /STILL/ don't have a matching 401k.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

recent lay offs happened, resulting in a huge spike in how busy we are with phone calls. would've been nice if not as many people were laid off so that we're not as busy and mentally drained as we are now.
