I enjoy my job but am burned out because no one else contributes to the success and changes on our team. It is the same people doing the work while no one else even challenges the validity of processes, answers, goals etc..They just herd around like sheep

Learning new things, helping others, improving processes

The team members are really outgoing and friendly

I can't say since I don't interact with them

Vacation time and clear review rating system. A Career path or defined process for advancement
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They don't contribute ever. Manager doesn't hold them accountable so meetings are just show up and no one speaks
