What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love our all hands meetings. I can hear from other teams what kind of impact we're all having on the PBM space overall and it helps me align with our higher-level goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leader is open, communicative, supportive, and recognizes me on many levels as an employee. They are also motivating and help me understand how my projects relate to our higher level goals and overall impact. They make time to meet with my regularly and support me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like our HSA and how easy it is to use. I also feel our scheduling flexibility and PTO is huge for me. I'll always get my work done, regardless of my time off, but having a flexible schedule and PTO policy takes a huge pressure off of me when I do need a day here and there.
