I have enjoyed my employment in the past year and 9 months ten times more than I ever did in the 17 years I worked at one of the Big Three PBM's where I felt like a worker bee that was not seen and not really valued much. I love the culture and the work that we do daily.
What makes you most happy at work?
Minimal red tape between teams, my coworkers, and keeping my customers happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all very knowledgable and there is NO animosity with any of us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
EVERYTHING. This company has been the best breath of fresh air out of all places that I have worked in the past 20 years.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
we are paid very very well compared to other companies in the same type of work. I do not feel like a worker bee here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly care about our employees and execute ways to fix broken processes so that our teams can all come together to come to a common goal.
