Everyone here has the same mindset of bringing forth change. We all want to instill a difference, and everyone is passionate about their work. The best part is everyone is willing to help.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone here is in it to win it. No one is shy to offer help. I know I can turn to anyone and they would be there to have my back. This is one of the best teams I have ever worked with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation does match what our competitors provide. What I bring to the table as far as my team, does not match the work I provide. I'm the least compensated individual on my team while I still hold higher volume and more valued clients than my peers.
