Knowing that we are a solution to a broken industry in the United States and working to get our name out there so employer groups know there is a better option than their current legacy PBM.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The openness and transparency of everyone all the way up to your CEO. I feel comfortable speaking in meeting such as our All Hands that has the entire company on it each week. They want to hear from us and lift each other up!
