Again, everyone has the same goal in mind which makes collaborating with my team and other teams very easy and almost seamless. Everyone also cares about you as a person, not just a coworker

The strong sense of community and common goal in mind. Also the open transparency and communication during our weekly all-hands, ensuring that employees are informed about what our entire company is doing across the organization and making it feel like my work matters and impacts people positively

They all have the same mission and goal for our company and seeing that come from all executive leaderships across the entire organization is really powerful. I truly believe our company and mission is leading the charge with transforming pharmacy benefits and that starts at the top with the leader
