Overall working from SmithRx has been a really positive experience as opposed to other PBM's in the past that I have worked for. I really enjoy everyone I work and the leadership team is great.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation package are benefits. The employer only offers PPO plans, which isn't something you find these days.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is there to help everyone and uplift each other. Even though we are all spread out and some work from home the team environment comes through.
What makes you most happy at work?
Dealing with clients and see the change we are making for them and their employees. Our groups and brokers really promoting SmithRx and bringing new clients to us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team does really have an open door policy and are willing to jump in and assist when needed. They are very supportive of the employees and really do want feedback.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is always willing to jump in and assist. Everyone is there to pick up everyone and make sure we all succeed. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and we all make time to support one another.
