What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the PTO that I receive as salaried employee. My manager is flexible with my team's request because we don't abuse it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The other Senior on my team was extremely helpful when I started at SmithRX. She took the time, even though she was swamped, to help show me how to do my position and understand why we did what we did. She is one of the main reasons that I am excelling here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
During annual reviews this year, they saw the amount of work and dedication that I put in this past year and promoted me to Senior and fought for a good raise for me. I appreciate them seeing the hard work that I did and recognized me for it! It made me feel valued.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am grateful that work from home is offered and continues to be offered for employees. I think it allows the company to gather talent from states where they don't have buildings. I also appreciate that my manger trust me and my team to get our jobs done. We don't feel smothered by any leadership.
