I am compensated well. I know we are an early startup but as soon as it makes financial sense it would be nice to have a retirement plan. right now that is made up for with equity plans.

there is a lot of freedom. there is a lot of excitement and encouragement as well.

A little longer than necessary, but still enjoyable
as for engineers, the technical portion is not as hard as google or facebook but is challenging. Shyft looks for employees that fit the startup needs, so if you are not the type of person that works well in that environment it is not a good fit.
