That in spite of the lack of fair leadership from our (rather) derelict manager, the rest of us were forced to come together as a constructive team on our own.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The understanding that informed decisions come from working with your people and seeing whats going on in your unit. Sitting in your office all day and only emerging from your office for long enough to to make disastrously short sighted decisions tends to shatter the morale of everyone around you.
