Human resources made it impossible to keep employees in line when the management said something or took charge they would continue to let bad employees stay and work while they were all on vacation. Never was set up for success. Stabbed in the back by other managers they couldn't fill my shoes.

He should have the back of the managers and listen to issues. They are trying to run a company with bad employees. They only need to work a few months to get a refund.
