The CEO is not a person the usual employee will ever interact with in the entirety of their career with Sodexo. It is the management at each location that seems to cause the issues within the business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay between supervisors is not consistent. I believe we should either be paid all the same or paid based on our work/shift intervals, not on personal favoritism from upper management.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Appreciation should be given to those working hard. Unions are easily are able to take full advantage of the weakness of Sodexos management. I believe they are detrimental to the business.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some managers go above and beyond while others get away with 20hr work weeks and not being seen by employees. The appreciation employees and supervisors have for the above and beyond managers in unmatched.
