I have a boss named Jessica steffiel she is completely ridiculous. I want to report that she has played favorites and taken time from my pay which is illegal and made false reports with documentation and had me suspended for something I had nothing to do with and got away with it.I need help with

It was siimple they can't keep anyone at that Sodexo and the employees run the the hospital I work in which is UT
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have some good coworkers but our manager is evil and needs to be fired she has broken so many rules and done illegal stuff to me and my team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A new manager my husband died just two months ago and she hasn't told me she ever was sorry for my loss she actually takes time from my check every pay period and gets away with it I need someone to investigate this woman she is getting away with treating me this way. Jessica stiffiel is her name
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Plz just have somebody investigate this problem she is breaking the law and doing things to my pay every pay period plus she has been harrassing me since dec. Like I said she made a false report on me to suspend me for a month right I found it my husband committed suicide she has been terrible to me
