HORRIBLE, something has to be do about the upper management within the company, until that happens Problems can not be fixed

I love that they are able to grasp on to things quickly. And their customer service is superb

The only thing that I liked is that I got hired, not being paid enough for all of my work history
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Different management and GM... Our new GM retaliates on the low so, it will not be against company policy, we could start there
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because NO matter how hard I work for this company nothing gets recognized by upper management. They use you up until they are done with you and find fault in every thing until they need you again
