It was an even mix of good and bad, some really good people, some really poor employees. Management talks at people, at the group, rarely to individuals that should be directly trained and dealt with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem responsive to SOME issues but not everything.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid vacation is great, dental, vision and medical coverage are decent.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More thorough questioning, mainly about work ethic and people who desire to complete tasks really well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the team is great and wants to work but there is some dead weight that needs to step up their game or leave.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some people individually are really great and positive to work with. Training has been lacking as well as people putting effort into continuous communication shift to shift.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
EVERYONE needs to work so hard and so quickly, there is never a moment to catch a breath or do training that needs to be done. Everything is squeezed in a few moments here or there and training is completely inadequate.
