Leadership needs to improve for anything to change

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership does not seem to care about anything it is an odd place to work as a result.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership does not seem to care about helping or sending support in times of extreme need even in profitable locations. Sodexo runs rampant with cronyism and forgive me, incompetence in leadership.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Leadership is lacking and must improve. Hire quality employees. Also stop hiring undocumented immigrants illegally and allowing them to work under fake names. This is common practice. It contributes to abuse of employees because leadership feels they can get away treating them a certain way.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The process for me was perfectly smooth with the hiring manager making the job appear appealing. The process for hiring cooks and staff is terrible. We regularly hire undocumented immigrants and there's a lady on site from Sodexo who offers them help to work under fake "papers". It is very sad.
