When I first started working with the company I used to love working there but now I absolutely hate it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My fellow co-workers that really enjoy their job
What did you like most about the interview process?
I said now that I had a conversation with the person interviewed me it was more positive and not uptight and not structured
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I love working for the company but these last three managers last supervisors they hire all the worst they don't know how to talk to people they are so unprofessional and I really want to quit
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They hired three new people in management and they are not supervisor material they talk to you any kind of way they want you to wear name tag but yet they do not call you by your name is always Mamn Mamn baby girl sweetheart
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am very happy with my co-workers and the team works when I need help they pitch in my fellow co-workers I mean not supervisors my supervisor all they do is walk around and give orders and when they do that they're s unprofessional. All they do is walk around on their cell phones
