Poor management. Many "Brown Nosers" and "Tattle Tales" who do not want to work as need and friendship with the Management staff who encourage them to stand around. Management ineffective, make decisions on information from other workers rather than observing workers ethics and performance.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Customers during service time in the cafeteria - working as a cashier. Positive people interactions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managing workers, ensure they stay on task. No friction between the management. No tattleytales, no hearsay, no favorites
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
To much to do and too little time. I would appreciate assistance from other employees who stand around with nothing to do but gossip and brown nose.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Concentrate on work tasks - work job specifications can be given to enployees. Help training new workers since I have been cross-trained and have been there for 12 years
