It's a great company to work for however the Sodexo account I work for is lacking in so many areas. If problem resolution improved there then it would solve many conflicts.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to converse with employee need improving.

Helping others and just letting my light shine to brighten someone's day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer was patient, knowledgeable and willing to give me a chance.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Each employee need to work on self in order to bring their best them to the workplace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No employee recognition for a job well done. I produce the best product I possibly can and put pride in what I do. I don't feel valued or justly compensated for it.
