Most people I work with are friendly and we look out for each other.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I can continue to tell you about the way that the majority of the management team is disrespectful to myself and many other employees but I don't have the space
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having a living wage. Raise that include cost of leaving increase. Having worked for the company for 5 years and I have yet to make more than a dolloar an hour than when I started.
