I have work here the eight years first four years we could what's the last 4 years or a terrible nightmare I felt unappreciated unwanted and it's proof worst four years of my life working for a company. Qualified management energy employees and conduct several interviews not just one
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bunch of favoritism. A lot of people not following the rules of Sodexo. Not paying people for every hour that they worked
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
That they pay you for every single hour that you worked even if it was working from home as well. Also to pay them a good salary especially if they are management.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to check on their management to make sure they're following the rules and not breaking them themselves. Like having best friends working with them. Also having their family wake underneath them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to learn how to run a business they also need to pay their employees that work from home and do stuff off the clock to get it done. So they don't get in trouble for going over time.
