Everyone works hard. Very dedicated & determined to win clients over with great customer service. Do job with smile on my face, interact with clients. Be respectful, responsible, and a team player. What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers need to improve alot at chase, maybe if they work together and be team players, it'll be easier to get the job done. Some people are lazy, others just come for a check. Only way people can work together better if everyone is on the same page same book things could run smoothly for all. Rs
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Scheduling is so off here at chase, one minute it's hours to work, next day it's not. Plus supposedly they go off your availability that you say your available for, which they don't follow at ALL. Once they scheduled me for everyday I said I couldn't work and gave me no hours for the days I was able
