There are some really good people that work there. But them there are some that are just too lazy to be in this profession.

I know that the skills I have are being utilized and appreciated. I'm trusted enough to be given a task and not have anyone looking over my shoulders.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid fairly well but every time I turn around, I have to do someone else's job. If that's the case, I should get paid to do their job as well
What did you like most about the interview process?
They liked what they saw in my resume and was ready to offer me a position on the spot. I accepted the offer, granted my background was sufficient which it was and started orientation soon after
