From my overall experience at this company i feel that the management doesn’t do enough to solve problems for some of the workers and the supervisors that work over night feel they can do whatever they want because no is there to tell them other

My co workers and i are able to effectively clean and complete our task together
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We do not have any type of leadership because we do not have someone to properly lead
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel this way because they are added more things into the job that were not there before and they want us to stay at the same pay rate
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The supervisors are not doing there jobs properly they are not holding all of the workers accountable for there mistakes only certain workers and those same workers are being harassed management isn’t doing anything to solve
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The management needs to regularly vist the overnight crew and make sure the supervisors are doing there jobs and the supervisors need to learn how to talk to the workers and in such a aggressive way the supervisors are harassing certain people and helping others they do not help as a team
