I worked at Sodexo for over 19 years in many states either in K12 Education or Healthcare, K12 is a better managed division than Healthcare, the management need to go to Leadership school.

Pay and benifits were all good

Positive, enthusiastic, friendly environment, good leadership and teamwork
What are some of the best things about your team?
I was let go April 2020, the manager did not build a team. I even asked the DM, who is the Retail manager, she did not know, we had one GM and four supervisors.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I gave a rating of 2 because I only saw him once (a VP), whereas in K12, the VP's new the name of their employees. Leadership leads with an open hand, they listen, they guide, they teach and have time to get to know employees.
