What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all accessible, and open to discuss any aspect of the business. I feel that my voice is heard.
It is very relaxed and allows me to be myself
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Strategic thinking, planning, and market awareness.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Profit-sharing! Quarterly bonuses based on performance!
100% Commission for sales reps.
Improvements have been made to bonus structure and schedule which have improved my satisfaction

What are some of the best things about your team?
We support each other, share knowledge and have each other's backs.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Many people don;t understand the mindset of the sales reps since we are 100% commission. I don't like doing work that I'm not paid to do, and many people get mad that sales reps aren't "team players"
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open lines of communication and public recognition and appreciation of accomplishments
People are generally eager to help and want to do good work, they just are not put in position to do so
The people are great and make the day go by fast

What did you like most about the interview process?
There were many people involved - HR, my eventual manager, the GM...everyone took an interest in different aspects of my work/life history.
