What did you like most about the interview process?There were many people involved - HR, my eventual manager, the GM...everyone took an interest in different aspects of my work/life history.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Many people don;t understand the mindset of the sales reps since we are 100% commission. I don't like doing work that I'm not paid to do, and many people get mad that sales reps aren't "team players"
