OMG this insurance packages is a joke. They can save money for their company by coming out with this joke insurance. Brag to us how big and all encompassing the company is, but cut costs and corners for everyone else that depends on that insurance or 401k packages

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

hahah the more you try to explain this to management the more you are shut out. It's double speak all around. High level management say one thing on the calls and then group managers tell you something completely different. Customers, employees are just commodities like cattle here.
