I love the perks for sure. Stock is a major plus considering I have faith Sonder will reach it's end goals!

There is transparency between them and the rest of the company. Everyone is in the know on all factors and department focus within the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
In my position, I have the pleasure to really make things smooth and easy for everyone. I take joy in knowing I'm making everyone's day easier by focusing and keying in on the little things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Simply put, it's the people! At the end of the day, we all have to work for a living, so coming in to an environment like this one is a no-brainer. I don't consider people here my co-workers, but genuinely more like an extended family. And it's the truth as I'm constantly hanging out by choice!
