The leadership here is fantastic. They listen well and constantly work to make things better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Many positions here are paid fairly, but my department is under the market value. Still worth working here though.
What makes you most happy at work?
Right now we're having a system switch and it has been difficult. But everyone I work with has patience and understanding. I can tell co-workers care.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I interviewed there was a lot of focus on Culture Fit. They know that they can teach people how to work, but they want someone that they will enjoy working with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team and my office. The people here are almost all people oriented. They rather take care of you as a person than put the company first. Friendly and helpful people surround me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The manager who hired me told me something I will never forget, and I see it every day working here. She said something like "If you have to choose between the person and the company, you choose the person"
