The best part about my benefit package is the generous paid time off we get, which is 2 weeks

The best thing about my team is that we all recognize that we are one team and working toward the same goal, so everyone is willing to help and jump in wherever needed
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I got to interview with the people who were actually my managers. They got to know me and I got to know them to see if it was a good fit both ways.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers make me most happy. You might get yelled at by a customer, but everyone is there to make you feel better about it. And you always feel seen because someone is always paying attention to you
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that it's an open office. There are no separate offices, everyone is out on the floor together and talking to each other, bouncing ideas off of each other. Working together to make the day go by bearably and quickly
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that there are no offices. My leaders are right there with me and I can turn to them wherever I need help. They are also able to give me real-time feedback, which will help me improve my performance right away
