People genuinely get along and work hard, work together, and enjoy their team members and work environment. We push each other to continue raising the bar.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency. Business shares information throughout the entire org from top to bottom. This helps every stay aligned on goals and better internalize the long-term opportunity and vision of the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We've recently gone through a benefits refresh from top to bottom and the People and Leadership teams did an excellent job of expanding benefits to all business levels. Helpful in motivating all employees and giving them an option to have an ownership stake.
