I am very happy to be allowed to work from home and that is what makes me happy, while compensation is good.

Everyone is nice, we don't see each other face to face but it is easy to talk to them
What makes you most happy at work?
I definitely like that I work from home and that I am not being treated like a kid, trust is important
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to talk to the owner personally and I have an idea of how he wants work to be done even on that interview alone.
